Getting my VJ-11 Player to work

   Hi
  This is my first time. I just downloaded the VJ-11 system.
This looks by the free trial, Just the player I have been looking
for. I have tried to get my videos to play they are windows
movie file mpegs. They show reading but won't play. My music
files play ok. I removed  my cyber vide player and my Nero
files. I downloaded 3d from windows also and Direct X, K
LITE CODACK PACK. I am very computer illiterate so if any
person out there from the US could let me know through the
Forum. To set up a call and walk me through it. So I know
it would work for me. I am a Video disk jockey and to get 
away from dvd players would be great. Thanks
