Video Freeze

   Has anyone experienced a video freezing in one of the decks, I programme my player remotely and occassionaly a video which has played perfectly previously freezes in one of the decks. the other deck continues to play and keeps loading and playing until I log back in and eject the frozen video. we recently had the slow down and juddering problem but we reinstalled the codecs and created new folders and since then have had this problem,
Any thoughts?
