Behringer BCD-3000

If you're thinking about buying this controller, look first if your store has stock of Behringer BCD-2000. Then buy the 2000, really. They are exactly the same device with the same features, but the model 3000 has some drawbacks:

• Lower build quality. 
• The wheels are tougher here. In the 2000 they are ideal for comfortable and dynamic handling.
• The look is more "ugly" (gray controls on black case) while the 2000 is more "PRO" (black mate controls on dark metallic blue).

The above could be a matter of preferences, and perhaps the quality is only a defect in our unit. But what is really outrageous ...

• PLAY and CUE positions have been exchanged! They have positioned PLAY at the left of CUE. For some inexplicable and incomprehensible reason, Behringer have decided to go against all "de-facto" DJ standard. This is equivalent to switching the positions of the accelerator and the brake pedals in a car.

Special functions

CTRL: The extern KILL buttons (Low on A, High on B) are equivalent to the CTRL key on your keyboard. They modify the behavior of some controls.

SHIFT: The central KILL buttons (Mid) are equivalent the the SHIFT key on your keyboard. They modify the behavior of some controls.

The inner KILL buttons (High on A, Low on B) control the video output (VIDEO OUT) for each player.

The extern EQ knobs (Low on A, High on B) quickly position the song anywhere on it.
