   Hello,

I am a new user of the software

as anyone else had this problem ?

My sound is about 5 seconds in front on the picture

so the music is not sycnronised with the movement of the mouths of the singers on my screens in the bar 

I am using mostly MP4 files

Other video players work fine (nero or microsoft media player etc). Am I missing something simple here? 

is there something I need to Ajust ?

Its sending me crazy

any help greatly appritiated

	I had same problem becasuse my graphics card wasn't powerful enough to handle the software - minimum spec is a 128mb graphics card (256mb recommended). Also check both screens are set to true colour mode (32 bit). Failing that, try changing the video settings to "performance" instead of "Quality", or maybe look at how high resolution your videos are. Does this help?
